Michiana Eats: Biebs & Ash Smashburger Social
GRANGER, Ind. (WNDU) - If you’re looking for a unique burger and some loaded fries, you’ll want to check out Biebs & Ash Smashburger Social.
The restaurant opened three years ago in the heart of downtown Goshen, but co-owner David Lucchese said they wanted to bring their popular burgers to another part of Michiana.
Now, the second location is open in Granger on E. University Drive.
“Granger’s been great, we’ve kind of always loved the busyness of this corridor,” Lucchese said. “The community has responded really well, and it’s been really great for us.”
The restaurant gained popularity for its west-coast style smashburgers with unique toppings like Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, peanut butter and homemade jam.
“The big jaw dropper is the parm fries,” Lucchese said. “It’s a garlic aioli on a mound of our fries with a bunch of freshly grated parmesan over the top. And when it comes out, it’s a literal mound of parmesan. There’s nothing else really like it.”
Biebs & Ash Smashburger Social has two locations:
