SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - If you’re looking for a way to enjoy this nice, warmer weather, the Indiana Dinosaur Museum is hosting a special event!

The museum is hosting “Indiana’s Largest Easter Egg Hunt” this weekend.

There’s 20,000 eggs at the hunt. It’s open to kids of all ages and is free to attend.

This is the first easter egg hunt the museum is hosting, but officials there want to make this an annual event with a petting zoo, crafts and coloring.

There’s also a big chocolate bunny you might be able to get your hands on!

“So, this is our first time and Levi is 2 and he had a lot of fun, he got 10 Easter eggs. And then we went and played with the dinosaurs, and we got to dig some fossils and that was really cool,” said Alli Churchill, a parent.

The event continues Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Indiana Dinosaur Museum. For more information, click here.
