Spring is almost here, and it is fair to say many cannot wait for things to warm up and to get back outside.

First Alert Weather Chief Meteorologist Mike Hoffman has been looking ahead and on Wednesday delivered his spring outlook.

Overall, things are looking pretty close to normal for temperatures, but we could be looking at a little more rain than usual.
