Vice President-elect Mike Pence met with Lt. Governor Holcomb

Today, Vice President-elect Mike Pence welcomed the man replacing him as governor of Indiana.

Pence congratulated Lieutenant Governor Eric Holcomb who in turn had warm praise for Pence, who will serve as the next Vice President, alongside Donald Trump.

Pence talked about his hopes for the country and what he's looking for as he leads the presidential transition team.

"The focus is for our President-elect is really on the future of the American people and implementing his agenda to make America great again. We're looking forward to working with leaders in both houses in the congress in the house and in the senate to bring about that. And I'm just humbled to be a small part of it.”

The Vice-President-elect also said he hopes to focus on reviving the economy, rebuilding the military, and investing in the American dream.
